The Petty Pet Club is an AI-powered service that transforms your pet photos into festive Christmas-themed portraits. We use artificial intelligence to create magical holiday images of your furry friends.

By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. How It Works

Here's the simple process:

Upload: You upload a photo of your pet. We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10MB.

Preview: Our AI generates a watermarked preview of your Christmas portrait. This preview is free!

Purchase: If you love the preview, you can purchase the full high-resolution version without the watermark.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the photos you upload, or have permission to use them. Please only upload photos of pets you own or have permission to photograph.

The photos you upload don't contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. We're here for cute pet portraits, not anything else!

You'll provide a valid email address so we can send you your purchase confirmation and download link.

4. Acceptable Use

Once you purchase a portrait, it's yours! You can use it for:

Personal use like holiday cards, gifts, social media, or framing for your home. Commercial use is also fine — feel free to use your portrait in your business materials.

However, you may not resell our service, claim to have created the AI technology, or use the service to generate harmful content.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Prices are in USD and include all applicable fees. All sales are final.

6. Image Storage

We take your privacy seriously. Here's what happens to your images:

Original photos: Stored securely and used only to generate your portraits.

Generated portraits: Available for download anytime via the "My Portraits" page. Enter your email to receive a secure access link.

7. Intellectual Property

Your photos: You keep all rights to the original photos you upload.

Generated portraits: Once purchased, you own the rights to use the generated portrait as described in the Acceptable Use section.

Our service: The AI technology, website, and service design remain our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

Our AI does its best to create beautiful portraits, but results can vary. The quality of the output depends on factors like the quality of your original photo, lighting, and how clearly your pet is visible.

We can't guarantee specific results. Please use the free preview to evaluate the quality before purchasing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide this service "as is" and do our best to keep it running smoothly. However, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you accept the new terms.
